The news really needs to stop saying “American Airlines plane collides with military helicopter” etc. Clearly the helicopter collided with the plane. That’s just really grinding my gears.

Rebecca does keep bringing up runes and how Violet isn’t good at creating them. Seems like she’s foreshadowing something to me.

If she can change her fire to affect the venin, what if Violet can figure out a way to create a rune that can store Andarna’s fire into an object that Xaden could wear to fight the pull to channel from the ground? I was kind of hoping that would be a part of this book.

In the beginning of Onyx Storm Andarna says she burned the venin at Basgaith. She does try to burn more at the end of the book, but they don’t burn. The other irids tell her that she is magic. What if she can change her fire some how to where it burns venin?

Guys, I got so lucky today at target. I didn’t wake up on time and didn’t get to target until 7:45am so of course they were out of vinyls. The employee standing by the display said they had 7 or 8 they were holding for people who were at the door when target opened but they hadn’t come to claim them

I may not have every cardigan or a $300 guitar but guess what I do have… got it for Christmas in 2011 and it’s still a 3/4 full…
