Just finished the last leg of my 2 day tour along the South Coast of #England by cycling from #Hastings to #Folkestone along National Cycle Network Route 2.
Took me 5 hours & 5 minutes to complete the 42-mile route.

It took me 4 hours & 16 minutes to complete the 45-mile route.

Just finished #cycling from #Edinburgh to #Perth along National Cycle Network Routes 1 & 775.
Took me 4 hours & 33 minutes to complete the 45 mile route.
Some tough climbs but brilliant scenery throughout the route.

Earlier, I went on a cycling run from the Southside of #Glasgow to #Saltcoats along the A77 cycle path and National Cycle Network Route 73.
It took me 3 hours and 11 minutes to complete the 34-mile route.

Just been on a nice Friday afternoon cycling run from #Airdrie to #Bathgate along National Cycle Network Route 75.
Took me 1 hour & 40 minutes to complete the 17-mile route.

Yesterday we joined #ScottishCanals to open the new towpath in West Edinburgh 🎉

Now a well-lit and accessible surface, people will feel safe and confident to walk, wheel and cycle along the route year-round.

Even the local pups are benefitting 🐾

Just came across this great video on YouTube from the last few minutes of ITV's last ever coverage of Le Tour De France. Brilliant highlights from the past tours that ITV & Channel 4 covered.
I will miss ITV's coverage, especially their iconic theme tune.

I've been following this year's Tour De France on ITV4, and it's been a good race this year.
Brilliant close races, dramatic crashes, and even get to enjoy the stunning French scenery.
Just a shame this year is the last year of the Tour De France on ITV4 and Free to Air TV.
I'll miss ITV's coverage.
