There is still some good in this world, and there are people who are still fighting for it.

2. Caring for yourself in the face of everything going on is a revolutionary act in itself- especially if you are ill or disabled and feeling guilt or frustration about not being able to do more. 2/3

There's a lot going on right now in the US and the world that is disheartening and scary. Added to our personal stresses, it can feel like too much. So, I have 2 reminders:

1. For every scary thing happening, there are people committing everyday acts of bravery trying to stop them. 1/3
