The answer is: 'You draw, over and over again, until you innately develop your own shorthand. That's 'your' style.'

I 100% believe this because in reality, this is how AI is being implemented across entertainment- companies naively believe their own hype about AI and assume it can replace all creatives, it fails to do this and then underpaid and frequently uncredited human hands salvage the damage AI has done.
