Palantir: The all-seeing tech giant
The company's data-mining tools are used by spies and the military. Are they now being turned on Americans?
In May, 13 ex-Palantir engineers signed a letter saying the firm's leadership had "abandoned its founding ideals" and become complicit in "normalizing authoritarianism." They cited the crystal-ball-like "seeing stones" that gave Palantir its name.

US cancels mRNA vaccine contracts worth $500 million โ DW โ 08/06/2025
The Trump administration is terminating 22 federal contracts for mRNA-based vaccines, questioning the safety of the technology.
mRNA vaccines have already saved millions of lives from Covid and they have the potential to save millions more from other diseases. Suspending research on this modern medical miracle will mean more suffering and more preventable death.

Another deeply concerning allegation, the latest in a long line of apparent commercial and political lobbying against protest movements, some of which has led to the extremely repressive legislation we now face.

Because accepting it would require the UK comply.

The problem is economic growth and falling incomes. We are so poor we've now dropped to BELOW the average in the European Union.
