The globalisation of marketing is really starting to become more obvious. 'College degrees' in a British recruitment ad. 'Tikka chicken' in a McDonalds ad. Where will it end?! (Yes, this is my land and you should get off it).

Healthcare professionals would rather deny care, than attempt to treat something that doesn't yet have a protocol.

Let me spell this out:

Medical professionals want me to willingly destroy my brain, my body, my lungs, straining to breathe at 23-40bpm, all night, every night, despite a treatment being available.

Because breathing too fast isn't their department's problem. They only deal with breathing slow.

I've known what I have since 2015. I've spent ten years trying to convince a professional to even *look* at my statistics, let alone test. In the meantime, I even found my own treatment, bipap.

And now I have proof, respiratory wants to take away my bipap because I am not their problem anymore.

Back from my overnight sleep study. I was there to get proof that I have a rare disease where I hyperventilate constantly in my sleep. I got proof.

The proof has made me neurology's problem, not theirs They want me to return my bipap.

Without which I will go back to hyperventilating in my sleep.

Pork isn't expensive over the pond, but in nl at least it was surprisingly difficult to find just pork mince for example. Half-pork half-beef mince is the most popular and I haven't seen it here at all.

It is actually odd that we don't go in for beef sausage. Even before mad cow it wasn't really a thing. That most of our european nearest neighbours have solid beef sausage reputations I do find it strange. The texture and skin is also so different.

I really hate how obvious AI writing is once you see how badly and repetitively it does the 'groups of three' thing. I'll get two paragraphs and five instances in and then get so annoyed that I wasted my time.
