Yesterday I was watching the news and was in a bad mood.
Doing what I can to make things better in a US gone nuts.
Today I decided no news til tonight. Today I sat by the water and made a list of places I want to donate to when I can.

My migraines got so much better once I hit menopause. Ironically, I entered menopause the month my Mom passed away from Covid in March 2020. I think of it as a last gift from my Mom because she knew how awful my migraines were.
