I hopped back on Animal Crossing New Horizons to get ready for the 3.0 update. I really want to get Tulin and Mineru on my island so I have been bullying Megan for the past couple of days but she still wont leave. This morning she sent me a gift in the mail. 😐

I just really love Smash Bros and I'm a sucker for crossovers and I just want Geno in a Smash Bros game and for him to not be a fucking Mii Costume and for him to be a playable fighter.

We eventually did get Banjo and Kazooie during Fighter Pass 1 but god damn will I forever be a Geno for Smash guy until the day I die.

But its always fun to go back an remember these fun moments during each Smash era.

OBVIOUSLY as a Geno for Smash guy I was on the side of the Grinch Leak being real. The best part of that was Ken *was* announced for Smash Ultimate on the final Smash Direct before Ultimate came out. Unfortunate for us Grinch Believers, it didn't come true.

While the Grinch leak had Banjo&Kazooie(Banjo Kazooie), Isaac(Golden Sun), Geno(SMRPG), Chorus Kids(Rhythm Heaven) and Mach Rider(Mach Rider) with Shadow(Sonic) and Ken(Street Fighter) as Echo Fighters.

Speaking of Smash and its history, please do not get me started on the Grinch Leak. Man was I a Grinch believer if there ever was one.

One leaker was saying the last 2 fighters to be announced for Smash Ultimate were Ken from Street Fighter and Incineroar from Pokemon.

I worked for an insurance company at the time and couldn't pop off like I wanted to but I was in literal shock the whole day. It's a shame that Brawl got delayed on the very same day but it was a super cool experience none the less.

That morning my computer froze and I didn't have time to restart it before leaving for work. I eventually get to work, get to my computer and open the Smash site. I ran to the bathroom while it loaded and when I got back I just see Sonic on my screen.

I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing on October 10th, 2007 when Sonic was officially announced for Smash Bros. Brawl.

Back then Sakurai would update the Smash Bros website every weekday. I always went to bed with the site open so when I woke up I could check the update before work.

There are very few One Piece episodes I can't watch anymore because I will sob like a baby. 1136/1137 top that list. And the fact that Oda released the chapter (1102) that episode 1136 was based off of on CHRISTMAS made it hurt even more.
