I have long wondered if my local bus sys is prepared to fulfill its obligations under 49 CFR 37.163(f), which requires a transit provider to provide alternative transportation if a wheelchair ramp stops working on a route with a greater than 30 minute headway.

Blocking external apps doesn't prevent users from using them, sharing individual messages or user profiles with the app, or receiving command output from them. It only prevents that command output from being posted visibly in the channel/server.

For example:
