cook top wiring, avg. 40 AMP but can be 50 AMP, installed incorrectly. Also a cabinet drawer that had a large metal pot hitting those wires. Electrical codes, just plan common sense, this would have NEVER happened.

The new attic access ladder installed is insulated, all metal ladder and hardware with galvanized lag screws. There is also new framing and trim. The new unit works very easily and locks. www.creativeideascarpentrybybriantenney.com

Termites are very dangerous, cause hidden damage. Also improper framing just adds to the overall problems. After a lot of hard work finally completed the front wall & roof framing repairs. Soon new changes are on the way with some remodeling of areas. www.creativeideascarpentrybybriantenney.com
