Yes, we had Brian Johnson as OC for 1 year (2023). Other than that, I'm not remembering any OCs who weren't white. And since Lurie bought the team, we had Emmitt Thomas in the 90s then Juan Castillo for 2 very odd years. And that's it. I might be missing someone but I don't think so.

As a Birds fan it hurts me to say this, but it's time to start seeing us as a team that doesn't hire African Americans as head coaches or as coordinators.

I'm actually quite sympathetic to the idea that Minnesotans are using the skills they've acquired from generations of church socials and the like.
