By large cage, I mean a large habitat with reinforced fencing. It’s not good because wild animals aren’t pets, rich ranchers are not zookeepers, and many animals don’t do well in that kind of captivity but it’s “better” for the caracal than living inside a home with humans.

Texans would keep this outside in some sort of large cage. Maybe have a special license. Russian animal laws seem to be… nonexistent?
