Never in a million years did I ever fathom when I resurrected the Epstein story in 2018 that it would lead to first arrest of a British Royal in four centuries. Not since King Charles I was arrested in 1647.

The Government will consider a judicial review after plans for a new wing for critical care of women and children at Dublin's Rotunda Hospital were rejected, the health minister has said. Jennifer Carroll MacNeill said discussions would take place with master of the Rotunda, Sean Daly. “Obviously, the Government is trying to reduce the number of judicial reviews; we don’t favour them as part of the planning process, in the sense that they add even more time,” Ms Carroll MacNeill said.

After demonising those who take judicial reviews for the better part of a year — this just drips with putrefied irony.

Yesterday I joined Muslim Women Together in Dublin 15 for their 20th annual door fair, this year raising money for MS Ireland. Thanks to them and to Castleknock Community Centre for hosting us.

I think I would die of shock, I’m sure there’s things that happen here that overseas people can’t imagine doing too but the cleanliness of my car just isn’t worth that time or effort

My hot take is who would queue in that to get their car washed, that is off the scale odd. I can’t imagine doing such a thing.
