To save axolotls, a campaign in Mexico asks people to virtually adopt them To help protect the salamander, the National Autonomous University of Mexico launched a campaign asking people to virtually adopt an axolotl or help pay for one of its meals.

Today I found out you can virtually adopt axolotls 😍 The money will go towards conservation efforts to help the wild population.

Finishing projects is the hardest part....and the only time I feel motivated to crochet is when it's winter. So if I don't finish a project during winter, who knows when it will get finished 🥲 what other finished projects do you have?

that's incredible for a first crochet project! I think I was just crocheting with most basic stitch for a cowl as my first project haha!

Well, it turns out that gardening with no purpose made me feel quite empty. The clients I worked for often did not care about plants. They just wanted a garden that looked "nice" immediately. It was very wasteful. It wasn't what I enjoyed as a gardener. But I did it anyway for the paycheck (2/2).

Another doodle! This is a little summary of my past few weeks stuck at home with a broken toe. It became a blessing in disguise because I was finally able to realize that my job wasn't really what I wanted. I thought I liked being a gardener, and as long as I wasn't in a cubicle, it was fine 😅 (1/2)

I didn't know that what I did was so damaging to my creative self. I made this post to remind myself to listen to your creative self. From now on, I will doodle whenever I want to. Even if it doesn't look nice. I will doodle for fun like I used to 🥰

Ever since my sister said that, I've been trying to draw like I used to again. I realize now that what stopped me was because I started having more and more expectations towards myself. Even when the feeling to draw would hit me, I would think I'll do it later. I should do something more important.

I used to doodle 24/7 as a student. But as I got older, for some reason, art blocks became more frequent. Eventually, I stopped drawing for years. One day, I drew a little doodle for my young cousins to entertain them. My sister said, oh I forgot you could draw! That shocked me 😳

That is awful. I'm sorry your family has been through so much sorrow 😔 I hope human kind will eventually learn that war is not the answer. If we can put our focus together on bigger issues, so much good can come out of it

The last panel shows the girl that was previously smug, head over heels in love with her cat who is taking a nap. She says to the cat, who is the cutest little baby ever? I love you so so much.

A little doodle dedicated to my baby, Wally 🥺 I didn't know I could make high-pitched voices until I became a cat mom. It just comes out uncontrollably.

Usually, my cluttered desk makes me overwhelmed, but today, it actually made me happy since it has all sorts of fun things on it ☺️
