Here’s an idea… how about we have Social Security offices that will respond to phone calls ?
We pay for that service with our tax dollars and get little in return.

I’m not going to assume that all elderly people have someone in their lives that can or would be willing to help them. They need an alternative… something they’re comfortable with… talking to a human being on the phone.

Calling is fruitless.
Many older citizens aren’t internet savvy. That’s my point.
