Patty Hajdu

Ken Dryden was a true Canadian legend. A champion on the ice, and later a leader, writer, teacher and parliamentarian who dedicated his life to service. His legacy will continue to inspire Canadians for generations. My thoughts are with his family and loved ones as we mourn his passing

Mining Day in Thunder Bay gives our community and youth a peek into this important economic sector in our region. From gold panning to climbing into the vehicles, hands-on experiences are the best way to promote a career in mining!

Each year, families and loved ones join together on the Walk to End ALS — a moment to honour the strength and resilience of those affected, to support their caregivers, and to stand united as a community.

Together, we show that no one faces ALS alone.

For too long, people with disabilities have been left out, despite the clear advantage inclusion presents.

We can do better. At the United Nations, I outlined the steps Canada is taking to make sure our economy and society puts accessibility and inclusion at the core of what we do.

At Prince Arthur’s Landing today, community members gathered to mark #InternationalTrailsDay by planting trees, sharing stories, and building connection.

Thanks to WTRCAT, Trans Canada Trail & all volunteers working to make Thunder Bay’s trails more inclusive, accessible & rooted in care.
