Nah, I feel the same way re: Spock. I accredit it to my extreme immersion into the sciences and a degree there after a degree in the humanities. He's got such a strong voice! I think maybe it's the inner world vs. outer presentation a lot of folks struggle with, but cognitive dissonance? Ez.
