I was just interviewed on podcast. This is the third time this has happened. The conversation moved into modern masculinity and how listening plays a huge part in what it means to be a man today. What do you think?

Today’s exercise is going to be emotional. I want you to grab a piece of paper and write down five conversations that didn’t go as well as you had hoped. Reflect on what you did and what you didn’t do to show the person that you were truly listening to them.

If you think you know everything, you will never really listen to anyone.
