Politics swings like a pendulum. The wealthy elite are counting on division to stay in power with corrupt politicians. The calculus of elections is no longer right or left. It is democratic values and affordability and politicians of any view who can stand against corruption should be encouraged.

Can we not call this proposed building a Ballroom. It is a new East Wing that might include a ballroom but there is a disconnect between a 90k sf building and a 24k sf space for a 1,000 person ballroom. What else is going on here? If this was the plan why not lift and relocate the historic building.
