The Home Office is not meeting its legal duty to safeguard children under Section 55 of the Borders Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009

Changes to Refugee Family Reunion - GMIAU The Home Secretary has announced that refugee family reunion applications will be suspended. Act now if you need to make an application.

At the time of writing, you can still submit refugee family reunion applications. However new applications will not be considered after 3pm on Thursday 4th September.

If you're eligible + planned to apply, we urge you to submit an online application as soon as possible, before this time.

UK to make it harder for refugees to bring family members to country Home secretary to announce overhaul of family reunion policy in attempt to quell fractious immigration debate
