Why are the American president's claims about autism the first item on British news bulletins?

He's not our president, the advice doesn't apply here and he's not presented any evidence to support his assertions.

So why spread these claims? What make this the biggest story in the UK?

When was the last time the Greens (with four MPs) or the Lib Dems (with 72) were given the same?

I must have missed all the Law and Order SVU episodes where they didn't interview the victims and just asked the criminals what happened.

I find the permanence deeply reassuring, stacks and shelves all around the house . . . Our kids must feel as if they live in an antique store! I inherited my Dad's fantastic stereo system and would never give that up either.
