Tara's opinion of Parsipan is complicated to begin with then sours badly. It's obvious he's a bad influence, but he clearly cares about Gale and was instrumental in Gale not blowing himself up

Though, you know, it's also hard to blame a dead man for what his partner does in the months afterwards
