One thing to consider is when you hit that peak. If early in the run, the heart rate monitor could be recording your cadence as a heart rate because it’s not making good skin contact. The 160s are in the potential cadence range.

I’m late 50s and my heart rate peaks in the 140s on very hard effort, which is sort of in line with 220 minus age. Resting heart rate is low 40s. 1/2
