No acupuncture isn’t a cure all, and I know it’s not for everyone. It didn’t touch my CRPS in general, but does give me an hour or so of small relief. It’s also a guessing game. It’s also given me major flares too.

That’s brutal, keep up the fight. I know medications are crucial for a better wellness, but then the guessing game of which side effects might occur begins. Unsolicited medical advice. I found acupuncture helped me with a lot of GI problems. It also helped me with my overall mental attitude.

Living with CRPS sucks. Nobody understands it. Not even my doctors. Most are scared of me. Few can relate. Medication’s seldom work, and always have side effects. I feel like a burden most of the time, and that feeling sucks. My rant to nobody is over.

Also, while I have no one’s attention, CRPS flares are real in 2025. I know stress is a one of the many factors for flares. I’m just now facing the fact that I’m going to have at least 4 more years of trump induced flares. Really wish this administration would pack it up and move to Russia already.

CRPS strike again. Been dealing with shoulder pain for over three years now. Finally talked to a surgeon after multiple failed cortisone shots. Long story short. He’s scared of me. I understand why, but my shoulder isn’t healing on its own. He suggested another cortisone shot. Fuck…
