Cork Public Museum to Undergo 80th Birthday Facelift The works are due to be carried out throughout Spring/Summer 2025.

Officially opened to the public on April 4th, 1945, in the old ‘Shrubberies’ building in Fitzgerald Park, the museum will get a ‘birthday facelift’.

It's a wonderful priviledge to work with these excellent ladies of science!
