She bought her Condo for $147k with a monthly payment of $1200.
Today... this condo would be completely unaffordable for a teacher in the area.

STEM club students used Brisk Boost to improve their rover designs. The AI prompted their thinking and supported their learning around the topic of Mars exploration. It was fascinating to follow along with their chats. @briskteaching.bsky.social #EdTech #STEM
