Today I was brave and asked a neighbor for a ride to run a quick errand and she was so gracious and kind and helpful, and when I opened up about how hard stuff has been, she said "we all need help, and to take care of each other." This has lightened these feelings a decent bit. So grateful.

I have to remind myself that I'm only having the thought that I'm a burden but honestly I just feel like the biggest burden known to man; I'm sorry I'm always struggling and for my life being such a wreck over the last few years especially.

Feeling all sad and torn up today. It's hard. Everything's really hard and I'm drained, but I already slept a ton so I can't be sleeping the rest of the day away. I'll figure out some kind of comfort food to eat and just hope things get better somehow. Every day is so tiring. I wish it wasn't.
