Linking trans people to impropriety or suggesting they are unfit for work simply for asserting dignity and privacy is not safeguarding. It is discrimination in plain sight.

Very informative post, it does strengthen my beliefs around integrating a community rather than shunning, as the latter results in a hyper defensive response, question is can people forget, forgive and build those bridges.
