It’s increasingly clear to me that the reason the six reactionaries on SCOTUS won’t commit to definitively resolving issues on the shadow docket is that they reserve the prerogative to apply diametrically different standards should a Democratic president be elected in the future.

These utter ghouls seem to believe that their wealth will protect them no matter what. They haven’t stopped for a moment to contemplate how they or a loved one could get cancer or another condition that lacks effective treatments. But if that happens, all the money in the world won’t save them.

I want to know what happened in this regard, too. If the mother had even partial custody, the children should be with her unless she had lost custody altogether for some reason.

If it's an insurrection, and it's been going on for a long time, why hasn't the DOJ arrested or indicted anyone for insurrection, rebellion, sedition, or conspiracy to commit any of these crimes? If it's so obvious and so dangerous, why aren't the DOJ and the FBI doing anything?
