It is super duper common for men to get this. Being attracted to women--especially alpha women who have prestigious careers, higher ed degrees, confidence, interesting skillsets that complement mine, or money or who are physically strong--"that's gay."

I read that at first as "this aromatic woman", which mementarily made sense in a "she believes that bathing is gay" sort of way.

They gave all the jobs to each other, STEALING them from more qualified women and they act like this proves they're the superior gender.

It's because men in general don't care what women think. They intend to ignore their partners' needs and abuse them into submission, whereas women generally care about whether they're compatible.
