Beautiful little Kitty!

We found a stray cat about two weeks ago, she had no microchip or tags, and no one has claimed her in the posts we made. She's an extremely sweet lap cat and we've decided to keep her.

Her name is Peppermint Stick! (:

I do like an anecdote and got this great one from a patient who told me that his brain was like an extremely well equipped office building that only had one employee, and since being on #ADHD medication it felt like it was now fully staffed. Thought that was brilliant 🤩

starting at like age 17 i started using subtitles just bc I thought I liked them aesthetically it wasn't until I was like 43 that I realized I liked them bc I can't process verbal that well and can't understand half the shit people say. I need to read it. #ADHD

For me, one of the absolute worse parts of life with #ADHD is the executive dysfunction lockout. I had plans for today, I'd planned the whole day out so I could do a bunch of stuff that I really wanted to get done, and I stepped out of this shower this morning and now Can't get started. I hate it.
