Wuppo is a goofy 2D platformer/exploration game with a wonderful vibe. It's also pretty short at roughly 10 hours. If I can have two entries, I suggest this as another one. These are also both relatively cheap.

Skin Deep is a pretty fun indie imsim! It only takes about 10 hours to finish, so it's a fairly short experience as well.
