ChatGPT is down but The Museum of English Rural Life still stands, proving once again that Silicon Valley cannot compete with the history of rural England and its people.

consequences of the death of the AI industry:

- creates many more jobs
- massively better for the arts, the sciences, education, news, the internet, mental health
- critical acclaim from aliens watching us as reality TV, for moving away from a very embarrassing cringe comedy gimmick

Michelle Mone can be expelled from the House of Lords by a simple majority vote in the Commons, and then in the House of Lords.

Like if she needs to go.
RT if she has to go.

Is it really so hard for Lab to say:

Immigrants do essential jobs, produce economic benefits, and enrich us culturally

Houses are too expensive because there aren't enough of them and rich people hoover them into BTL portfolios

Public services are under pressure because the Tories wrecked them

If a government with over 400 seats and 4 years left to govern cannot summon the courage to level with the public on social care then I despair at the capacity of our political system to ever deliver the change we need.

Toughening migration rules doesn’t challenge Reform. It validates them.

If a loved one ends up in care then you want them to receive the best available... the one thing you do not lie awake at night worrying about is where those care workers were born.

Why the Labour Party is targeting these vital members of our community is genuinely beyond my understanding.

We have a privately-run care system that costs residents ca. Β£6000 per month yet only pays a minimum wage to its workers. Solve that problem with some proper regulation of the sector, and you won't need to ban hard-working immigrants, who are the only people stopping care from collapsing completely.

Some startling stats in this piece, such as: in Sweden, an article of clothing is worn an average of just 30 times before being discarded. Doubt it’s that different in other prosperous countries. 30 times! I still wear one of my nan’s sweaters. I think it’s older than me
