The issues of food and climate are closely linked. Any climate plan should recognise the impact of the food system on climate, and what we can do to reduce emissions. We would encourage anyone interested to read the plan and add their views.

What's in season in October and what should you plant?
Garlic should be planted before the frost but in late autumn or early winter so that it can grow during a cold period that will help bulb formation.
You can harvest it from May to August, and it stores well!
