I've been non existent on social media recently besides like. Telegram. And it's been so damn nice but I need to advertise. Hard balance to strike

I feel so guilty whenever I work on things that don't *need* to be done. But I know to stave off burnout, I have to do things that fuel me to keep going. It's a strange dilemma to me, and I worry that people don't understand

My self worth is wrapped so heavily in my work. It's not healthy or sustainable. But I don't know how to fix it.

Imposter syndrome hitting me hard again man. Two days of not working to rest an injury and I'm walking a tightrope of being okay.

I don't think I actually posted this anywhere. But I am full of hateful thoughts towards myself so here I am making myself the villain.

So zbrush is fun omg. I'd put off trying it but man it's nice. I'll probably use the workflow of zbrush -> blender > print with nomad in there if I really can't figure something out bc I'm still most comfortable in that app

I set up an app timer and turned off notifications for TikTok. I love the community there but I feel so fucking used. I'll post there for work but nothing else. My telegram is linked on my site and most of the dogtok people know my discord, so if anyone needs me they can reach out. I'm done.
