the number listed for visa's corporate offices in usa + canada worked yesterday but today after ringing for over a minute took me to an error message that states my call cannot be completed as dialed. anyone else have this issue?

my visa cards are all chase and when i spoke to chase today i was told they cannot speak to any visa policy. they refused to escalate my complaint or to transfer me anywhere. kept repeating that this was not their policy and they had nothing to do with it. call visa directly!

seems like i did really reach chase bank, actually! i was able to reach visa by calling again and pressing 0 instead of selecting an option that described my issue. hopefully they will not do away with that option.

when she cut me off and said she had provided everything she could to help me, she /did/ say my feedback would be shared internally. but i dunno about that.

i was able to keep her on the phone for 8 minutes 42 seconds. i'd like to try and double that time.

one of the points in her script said that visa does not make moral judgements, so i asked a follow up question about why, if visa does not make moral judgements, were they persuaded to change policy by a moral extremist group. she hung up on me.

my rep asked me if my concerns were about "online gaming" and i said no, i was concerned that visa was implementing policies about what i can and cannot purchase with my own card (con.)

she also told me that if i wanted to put in a complaint about chase's inability to transfer me or to tell me who to call at visa i could contact their "correspondence dept" by FAX at 1 (888) 643-9628 or i could send a physical letter to:

i let her know that i had called visa's general line and been transferred here after entering my card details and did she know what i should do to reach visa and she said that she didn't know and no one she could transfer me to would tell me any different. she told me to google it lmao.
