Voters in the predominantly Dutch-speaking Belgian region of Flanders are often assumed to be more conservative than those in predominantly French-speaking Wallonia. La fragmentation socio-spatiale est très présente à Bruxelles et se manifeste à plusieurs niveaux : dans ce cas précis en terme d'accès aux soins de première ligne. Pour comprendre Bruxelles, il faut comprendre ses quartiers.

Des données qui permettent, en partie et avec beaucoup de recul, d'en apprendre plus sur le comportement politique des jeunes (adultes).

2️⃣ 25 % indiquent n'avoir pas de confiance en les personnes politiques ou étaient insatisfaits de la politique (en UE = 15 %).

Plus d'1/4 des jeunes Belges décident donc de ne pas voter pour une question liée à la politique elle-même.

▶️ En ce qui concerne les jeunes Belges s'étant abstenus: deux raisons principales dépassent largement la moyenne Européenne:

1️⃣ 29 % indiquent n'avoir pas trouvé de parti politique ou de personalité politique qui représentait leurs opinions (en UE = 15 %);

Néanmoins, en comparison avec l'enquête de 2021, l'utilisation de ces sources traditionnelles semble diminuer dans cette cohorte également, posant la question d'un effet générationnel plutôt qu'un effet de cycle de vie. 3/6

▶️ En Europe, pour les plus jeunes (16-18 ans), ce sont les réseaux sociaux qui forment le canal d'informations politiques principal. Ceux-ci sont aussi très importants pour les 25-30 ans, mais eux se réfèrent encore considérablement aux sites d'informations traditionnels. 2/6

💡 L’enquête du PE sur la jeunesse 2024 apporte des informations intéressantes au sujet de l'utilisation des canaux d'information parmis les jeunes, où l'on observe un léger clivage, et les raisons pour lesquelles des jeunes en 🇧🇪 n'ont pas voté aux élections précédentes: 1/6
