Any tips on improving my freehand skills?

Those details and patterns on the dresses... Absolutely incredible.

Dry brush gave it a little more depth.

Ok I sprayed him again... I just wasn't happy with the glow and I still think it needs some more red.

Also still trying to decide on a skin color. The "Basilisk Skin" base coat on the arm isn't doing it for me. Opinions welcome! #nerdlings #minipainting #dnd
