I think the whole concept of impeachment has been diminished over the last couple of decades to the point where the constitutional weight/gravitas has been lost. I mean, how long has it been since we’ve had a president that the opposition HASN’T rumbled about impeaching?

Putting this out here since I’ve seen folks panic prematurely. Just because a legislator filed a bill (st or fed) doesn’t mean it’s law. Just because one chamber (house or senate) passes it, doesn’t mean it’s law. All bills go thru BOTH chambers & may look quite different after they reconcile.

I had fun this weekend; I always enjoy talking to folks about my books. Interestingly, my booth sales were pretty evenly split between cash, square & Venmo. This year, my sales (by unit) were pretty evenly distributed between books, reusable crochet gift bags, and the poetry note cards.

He should have lots of free time now that he doesn’t have to sue the Biden administration every 10 minutes… but yeah, he will fill that time with boring daily tasks like corruption and adultery.
