There are many things about AI that increasingly piss me off, but I think one of the biggest ones is the fact that almost no one asked for this and it's being forced upon us.

No, I don't want Gemini. I don't want Grok. I don't want ChatGPT. I don't want a built-in AI assistant or AI editor.

Because of a new AI initiative at work, I'm going to make *significantly* less compared to what I have been paid over the past few years. It's going to hurt.

I'm looking into ways to take in more monthly income. But with this surgery looming, I'm compelled to ask for help.

NRN article: Starbucks was found to be in violation of more federal labor laws this week. A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled that the coffee chain was essentially threatening employees that voted yes to union representation when it posted letters to several stores warning of wage freezes during contract negotiations in 2022.

Instead of bargaining with our union and achieving TAs toward our contracts, Starbucks is back to getting charged with Unfair Labor Practices!
