Headline: Reform poised to raise Kent council tax as Musk-inspired attack on costs falters
Reform vowed to save "a lot of money" by abolishing "wasteful" spending in Kent. Instead they are going to put our taxes up!

A black child of a single mother in Tottenham, going on to study at Harvard, is well beyond anything Jenrick could dream of accomplishing.

I suspect when Jenrick imagined saying the final words "let's build this new order, let's take our country back," his voice BOOMED and the roar of the crowd was DEAFENING. In the event, his voice cracked and was met with the politeness of a local baking contest won by "a not-bad lemon drizzle". ~AA

Worst built UK school where kids paddle in sewage and get sick from toxic fumes
Russell Scott Primary School in Denton, Greater Manchester, is unfit for kids. Head Steve Marsland says the 19th century building may have to be demolished and rebuilt
๐งฑ A few years back, it underwent a multi-million pounds refurbishment, and on the face of it the school looks great. I was invited to cut the ribbon. โ๏ธ
โผ๏ธ Sadly the work was substandard and done by Carillion. Problems soon emerged. ๐ฑ

Right-wing media fluffs Farage for years, to the point where he now leads the polls, and then start whining about Starmer being 'obsessed' when he starts telling some long overdue home truths. It's actually hilarious.

The lido was opened by Mayor Daisy Parsons in 1937 and was used by locals until the 80s. Although thereโs no longer a lido, Canning Town Recreation Ground is still a great park.
