Found what I thought was a home made bouy/float washed up onto the road this morning with some Common Mussles attached.
Not seen one of these before they are usually cooking or motor oil containers with the lids araldited/glued on.

A mixed feeding group of terns, Kittiwakes and Razorbills.
A young Guillemot floating on the sea surface waiting for it's parent to arrive back from a feeding dive with food.
Only young Fulmars left on the cliffs here, a far larger than usual influx of terns and the auks that mostly jumped 5-6 weeks ago are still here.

Kittiwake chicks now with wings and tails and big enough to be left on their own but not for long - the corvids have brought a pair of juniors along. It was a bit tense and noisy for a while but after bugs and small rodents were found they left.

A hanging basket outside a butchers shop filled with plastic flowers and with two strings of plastic sausages hanging from it.
Maybe fell off the front of a butchers shop and went straight down the drain, sometimes see them at kiosks at the beach that sell hot dogs.
There is a giant 5ft high version of one with a face at a kiosk at the beach here, probably gives loads of children nightmares.
