The first Thinking Day was on 22nd February 1926.
Each unit should submit a presentation (any format) explaining why the Act was chosen, what was done, who benefited, how successful it was & include the unit name & names of participating girls.
Presentations should be sent to Sale Trefoil Guild by June.

A challenge has been created in memory of Margaret Hindle, a member of Sale Trefoil Guild & a Guider in Sale.
Open to all Sale Division Girlguiding units, it runs from September to June.
Units are invited to complete one or more Acts of Kindness, with all girls taking part in their own way.

toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste & brushes, wipes, hand cream), plus combs, tissues, eye masks, earplugs & small notepads & pens.
Please pass any donations to your local Rainbow, Brownie, Guide, Ranger or Trefoil group.

The Comfort Bag scheme began in 2015 & now supports hospitals across the North West & beyond.
The bags help patients or visitors who have to stay in hospital unexpectedly.

3rd Sale Moor Guides have turned ยฃ2 each into ยฃ337.50 over the past few months through crafts, bakes & a โname the bearโ fundraiser!
They raised funds for their unit & have donated ยฃ85 each to Cancer Research UK & local Sale charity Everyone Can. ๐
