I haven't been able to volunteer for a couple of weeks due to severe fatigue. Yesterday another volunteer came over and helped do the cleaning I've been too exhausted to tackle.

Today’s tip: With my first working circle often when we gathered everyone would say they were too tired to do ritual but eventually we would. We were too tired to maintain unconscious shielding so we just surrendered to the process & ritual would be great.

It was a complicated time. I felt I found who I truly was, what I was really good at and he hated that I wasn't home all the time. Mind you, he had some glaring faults, but many of his (our) friends thought I got involved in a goofy religion and dumped him. So much more complicated.

My then-husband was not happy with me getting more and more involved with the local Pagan community (in the '80s, no online then). I wound up getting divorced and lost a whole bunch of friends because of that. I miss some of the friends, but honestly, finding myself was the best thing I ever did.
