Delaying Mexican tariffs but not Canadian puts the lie to the idea that the tariffs have anything to do with fentanyl flows (since there are effectively no fentanyl flows across the northern border and there plenty across the southern border.) It was all an empty pretext anyway. This just proves it.

How Russian talking points went from fringe and laughable to mainstream and US policy in the span of a few years will analysed for decades to come.

JD Vance gave Europe a generational opportunity for Europe to transform itself and clam relevance once more - a cunning politician would spot that.

But all will be in vain if it doesn’t tackle one of the root cause of EU irrelevance - its deeply flawed institutional architecture.

So US and Russia strike a deal, 🇷🇺 sees lifting of sanctions and gains land, 🇺🇸 gets hold of critical raw minerals and UK mines, and 🇪🇺 gets to send troops without security guarantees?

I actually didn’t know this and it’s clearly more complicated. Will pay attention and reduce/avoid tetrapak packaging in the future.

Never looked at it this way. Perhaps manufacturers should also state how much of their packaging can be recycled if it goes through the proper recycling process ?
