I'm preparing some lectures for my trip to NL to talk about visual scicomm and this is such a nice excuse to look back at my body of work rather than just the current deadline.

And with this last submission... All the hard work for my master's on Bioinformatics and Statistics is completed! All I have left is the viva!

Working on my master's and PhD at the same time has been quite a challenge, but I can say I have survived the experience!

What a brilliant talk by @phoebecrossley.bsky.social today at #Microbio2025 about gynaecological conditions and the vaginal microbiome. Coming out of endometriosis awareness month is so refreshing hearing about current research in the field!

New paper from the group - here we show that aurodox prevents shiga toxin mediated damage in a murine model. Interesting changes to the microbiota too. Amazing work by @rebeccamchugh.bsky.social and the group.
