The letter requests clarification regarding Garcia’s comments made during a CNN interview on February 12, 2025, where he allegedly stated that "the American public wants us to bring actual weapons to this bar fight" in reference to stopping Elon Musk. The letter suggests this could be interpreted as a threat against Musk, an appointed representative of President Donald Trump.
