Australian mum here. My eldest son returned home on leave from the military for Easter, followed by ANZAC Day commemorations. I am beyond grateful to have him home, safe and sound, for even the shortest time.

My teenage sons are in the military. Eldest son just sent me a photo of a fat-butt rhinoceros taken at a zoo far away. I responded thinking I was cute, ”Oh. A photo of me🤷‍♀️🩷🤣”. The MF’ther laughed in reply😡. No more care packages from me! I’m a gazelle! Accepting resumes for new sons!🤣 Phucker!

Now that my sons have left home to join the military, I would give anything to return to these days! There are NEVER enough toys in the living room for our children😭💕
