Just finished another chapter of our game! It is a special Intermission chapter, but basically the eigth or ninth one depending if you see the prologue as the first chapter instead of chapter 1 being the first.
105 pages so far for both characters. Four more chapters to go.

Colours are important! These are the specific colours Monster Leader will associate with the Elements/Families.
Of course, this does not mean every Monster is coloured that way, it is mostly symbolic!

Been a while, but I have some sketches! Yes, I cannot draw. But I can get the idea through thanks to this! I also am bad at handwriting. Probably gonna post more of these sketches in the near future! Tell me your thoughts!

Breeding is a way to get a stronger Monster! Breeding can give your Monster a Personality it cannot usually have, and it might learn a Special Attack it usually can't as well!
So, breed away, Leaders!

In Monster Leader, each Monster has a Family assigned to it. It can have one or two of these, and it mainly tells you the bodily properties of it.
These Families include things like Bird, Animal or Maritime, the latter basically being stuff living in water like fishes.

Monster Leader will not use a typical leveling system. Instead, you raise your stats basically by using them. Attacking raises Offense, taking damage raises HP and Defense and so on.
Of course only with a certain chance!

In Monster Leader, you will not be able to buy Healing Items. Instead, you find a limited amount of them throughout your journey.
But don't worry, these items are rechargable in each city, so even if you run out while exploring, you can replenish your stock!

A lot of Monster Taming games have you beat up the Monsters to befriend them, but Monster Leader takes the "befriend" part more seriously.
To tame a Monster, you need to feed it, and the more you do, the higher the taming chance! Lowering their HP does not help there!

What is Monster Leader? Monster Leader is an Open Area Monster Taming RPG. You will travel the land of Skola and find many Monsters, evolve your own, befriend more and more and maybe even save the world? The battle system will also have some unique parts to it, more on that soon!
