Anyway, my fear is being a queer person in a small Texas town.

I've already been harassed for just wearing an N95 mask to the grocery store. So, I try not to wear anything colorful or super queer anymore, just in case.

I've felt more relaxed being myself in big cities.

MAGA people making up murders in cities is weird to me since, from my experience, living in a small Texas town is way more dangerous than living in a big city.

Hel, one of them in my area was a former sheriff trying to kill his wife then himself. She survived.

I keep thinking about the double murder suicide that happened two blocks from me about a year ago.

There have been way more murders & attempted murders in my little town than in most cities. I can think of two others in my neighborhood alone, at least one was in the last 10 years, other was earlier
